How do I find the right size for my dog?
Measure around the widest part of your pup's head, just in front of the ears. Each product page has a size chart with hat circumference and suggested breeds. When in doubt, size up — a snug fit is better than a squeeze.
How long does shipping take?
Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days from Pasadena, CA. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days in the US, and international orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your pack hits the road.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn items with tags attached. If your hat doesn't fit, exchange it for the right size — pups grow fast! Final sale items and personalized pieces can't be returned.
Are the hats comfortable for dogs?
Absolutely. Our hats are lightweight, breathable, and designed with soft linings and adjustable straps so your dog can walk, play, and pose without fuss. Always supervise your pup while they're wearing accessories.
Do the human hats match the dog hats exactly?
Yes! Partner Sets are made from the same fabric and color palette, so you and your pup will twin perfectly. Human hats come in adjustable sizing and the same cozy details.
